Our Spa service requires a Medical form fill out and completed by arriving 5 mins before your appointment.

Please make sure you read the services that are available before booking. There is a $10 late fee after 15 mins & a NON-refundable $20 deposit upon booking. All pricing is a general estimate of how much you would be paying. Please arrive 5 to 10 mins earlier if you have any special requests or concerns about the service you are interested in.
